Capturing the Seasons

Terms and Conditions

By entering the competition you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Submit your image to be in with a chance of winning one of four prizes. Entries will be grouped into 4 seasonal categories: Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter with 1 winner per category. The voting will determine which of the four winners will be 1st place and which will be the 3 runners-up.

2. The 1st place winner will receive a £500 cash prize. 

3. The 3 runners-up will each win 2 x complimentary tickets for any Rabbie's one-day tour across the UK and Ireland.

4. The competition will end on 10th November 2024 with other notable dates outlined below:
   
   - Entries can be submitted until 11.59pm GMT on 10 November 2024. A shortlist will then be selected for each season (spring, summer, autumn, winter) by a panel of Rabbie’s driver-guides and staff. The short list will then be presented to the public to vote for their favourite entry.
   
   - Public voting will open on 12th November 2024 and close on 17 November at 12am GMT. We will then tally up the votes to see who has won.
   
   - The winner will be announced on 21st November 2024. We will contact the winner before publicly making the announcement.
    
5. You must be 18 or over to enter and be a resident of the UK, USA or EU.
    
6. Entries must be submitted within the dates outlined above. Late entries will unfortunately not qualify.
    
7. We want you to share as many of your images with us as you can. There is no limit to the number of entries that any individual can submit. All entries will be reviewed on their own merit and the total number of entries you submit will not be a factor in the short-listing process. You are free to submit entries across multiple platforms however duplicate submissions of the same image will not qualify.
    
8. Entries can be submitted in the following ways:

   - Email: Send entries to photography@rabbies.com along with the following details: your name, phone number, the location the image was shot, time of year and the season. If possible please tell us the name of the tour you were on when you captured the image. 

   - Direct Message: Send us a direct message on Facebook or Instagram with your name, phone number, the location the image was shot, time of year, and the season. If possible, please tell us the name of the tour you were on when you captured the image.

   - Post and Tag us on Instagram: Tag us in both the post caption and photo for submission. Caption must confirm the location and season of the image. If your image is selected as a winning entry we will contact you to confirm your name, phone number, and the name of the tour you were on when you captured the image.

   - Comment on Facebook: Comment on any competition Facebook post with your entry. Comment must confirm the location and season of the image. If your image is selected as a winning entry we will contact you to confirm your name, phone number, and the name of the tour you were on when you captured the image.

9. We only want genuine entries from our talented community. You confirm that the image(s) submitted are entirely your own work and that you have the right to enter without infringing on any 3rd party right-holders. Rabbie's will not be held responsible in the case of a copyright infringement claim. We will co-operate with right's holders as required by law. Any such claim will mark the entry as null & void.
    
10. We want to share your work with the world and to give you credit! You agree to grant Rabbie's non-exclusive rights to the use the submitted image(s), your name and social handle (where applicable) across all media platforms digital (eg Website, Instagram, email etc) and print (eg magazines, posters etc)) without claim of financial compensation for the duration of 60 months from date of submission.
     
11. Cash prizes will be paid via bank transfer by 31 December 2024. Winners will be required to share bank account details with us by 30 November 2024 to ensure payments can be made. Rabbie's will not be held responsible for any fees or tax obligations winner are required to pay arising from the payments. Prize money will be delivered via a transfer to your bank account in Great British Pounds. Standard currency conversion will apply for accounts outside of the United Kingdom as directed by your bank on date of transfer. 
12. Runner-up prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2026 and will be subject to availability. If prizes are not claimed by this date they will expire with no alternative offered. Once booked onto a tour our standard cancellation policy will apply. In the event of cancellation prior to the tour dates there will be no refund or cash alternative offered and runners up will relinquish their claim to the prize.
