Information to be provided to the traveller, where the trader facilitates an online linked travel arrangements within the meaning of regulation 2(3)(a) and the trader is not a carrier selling a return ticket
Part 1: General
If, after selecting and paying for one travel service, you book additional travel services for your trip or holiday via Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited, Block 3, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2 D02 A339, company number 634982 , you will NOT benefit from rights applying to packages under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Therefore, Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited will not be responsible for the proper performance of those additional travel services. In case of problems please contact the relevant service provider.
However, if you book any additional travel services during the same visit to our booking website, the travel services will become part of a linked travel arrangement. In that case Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited has, as required by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, protection in place to refund your payments to Rabbies (Ireland) Limited for services not fully performed because of Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited’s insolvency. Please note that this does not provide a refund in the event of the insolvency of the relevant service provider.

Linked Travel Arrangements for UK Residents
Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited has taken out insolvency protection with The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT, number 5382) for Linked Travel Arrangements where two or more different travel services are purchased for the same trip or holiday with the separate contracts facilitated by Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited. Travellers may contact ABTOT by their 24/7 helpline on 01702 811397 if services are denied because of Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited insolvency.
Linked Travel Arrangements for Irish Residents
Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited has taken out insolvency protection with Irish Total Payment Protection (topp) Policy cover, arranged by Arcus Solutions for Irish residents. Travellers may contact the relevant entity or, where applicable, the competent authority (contact details, including name, geographical address, email and telephone number) if the services are denied because of Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited’s insolvency.
Note: This insolvency protection does not cover contracts with parties other than Rabbie’s (Ireland) Limited, which can be performed despite its insolvency.
